Justyna Szatny

A keyboardist, composer from Zabrze (Upper Silesia). She began studying piano at an early age, taking private lessons for several years.

She has been part of the metal scene for over decade, playing in different styles with known polish metal bands, including guest appereances. Gained experience as well as huge musician imagination, allow for the audition of depth, spaciousness and grandeur to Inverne’s sound, enriching the arrangements with
lyrical sensitivity.

In classical music, she draws inspiration from the works of Johann Sebastian Bach, while in modern music she is influenced by bands such as Katatonia, Dream Theater, Anathema, Dimmu Borgir, Emperor, and Moonspell. She considers Jordan Rudess her mentor.

She is interested in Scandinavian culture and history.
